Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and appraisal documents, and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for your records.
Quality Review & Refund
Once our master jewelers inspect the piece to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
